Covenant is a slash (Holmes/Watson, Mycroft/Carruthers) Sherlock Holmes (RDJ movie-verse) novel by Ingrid Matthews and L.A. Adolf. It is digest sized, 248 pages, and has a cover and interior art by L.A. Adolf.

This novel was written for a prompt posted on a closed membership LiveJournal community. It is a sequel to the movie "Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows."

Summary from the publisher: "Sherlock Holmes is back in London, three years after his presumed death at the Reichenbach Peace Conference. After Moran is summarily dispatched, Holmes is left to face a deliriously happy Watson who is now as desperately in love with Holmes as Holmes once was with him. The three years of Sherlock's absence have changed the detective, however: injury, illness and privation having burned what had seemed a hopeless infatuation out of his heart and soul; the tables have turned and Holmes is now the one holding Watson at arm's length. Now that they are both free and reunited - is there any hope of a happily ever after?"
