Congenial 2 took place March 23-35, 1990 at the Sheraton in Racine, WI. Guests of Honor were Charles DeLint, Reed Waller and Kate Worley (The Shakers: musical group). The Genie Awards were given out for excellence in fanzines (artists, writers, editors, layout, and articles). There was a dance, an art show, a dealer's room, filking, and zines for sale.
