Colonial Forum is a gen zine of fiction, art, reviews and articles. It was edited by Dawna Riley and/or Rae Riley.
A 1982 ad described the zine as a "semi-professional 'Battlestar: Galactica' zine."
While the zine was published by Pegasus Press, all profits (if any) were sent to the fan club Battlestar One.
