It became a joke in the Kuroshitsuji fandom that Ciel Phantomhive might be microwaved before being (or having his soul) consumed by Sebastian Michaelis. Along with it came a trope of Rating: Cute/Not Cute[1], the scenarios in which Ciel was microwaved. It evolved at a certain point to headcanon that being microwaved was actually enjoyable for Ciel[2].
Seemingly, it began with the following post, relating to the generic advice that if you're cold, your dog is cold[3]:
if you’re cold, he’s cold. put him in the microwave!
