Clancy Wiggum boldly challenges a criminal

'Chief' Clancy Wiggum is a supporting character in the animated TV series The Simpsons and its related media. He is a walking pack of cop cliches in the style of Boss Hogg from The Dukes of Hazzard: dimwitted, incompetent, overweight, always eating donuts, more concerned with his image than fighting crime, cowardly and corrupt, but friendly to most of the people in town.
