Character of Your Choice, sometimes abbreviated to CoYC, is a common phrase on kink memes to indicate that a prompt may be filled using any character the filler wishes. Ships are often expressed this way, as in "Castiel/Character of Your Choice".
On memes where characters may be divided into categories, alternative forms might spring up. Female Character of Your Choice or Male Character of Your Choice can occur on most memes. In some fandoms the most typical phrases are fandom-specific, such as Tolkien fandom memes using Dwarf of Your Choice (DoYC) or Elf of Your Choice (EoYC).
It is not uncommon to find such prompts filled more than once using different characters.
