Change is Perceivable is a prompt-based fanweek challenge created by EliseDonut in 2024 to celebrate the character Percy Weasley from the Harry Potter fandom. The challenge is run through August 22-28 and accepts fanfiction, fanart, podfic, and other fanworks.
