Chandri stumbled (was dragged into) fandom at a young age, first in ReBoot and later in Marvel Comics fandom, mainly the X-Men. She spent a good portion of her formative fic-writing years in Subreality Café fandom, then fell into obscurity/hibernation for some years before re-appearing to write a number of McShep stories in the Stargate Atlantis fandom; she has also recently created works in the Hawaii Five-0 (2010) and The Avengers (Marvel) fandoms.

She is probably best known for her stories In This Era of Liberty, the SGA Vancouver 2010 Olympics story Now The People Will Know We Were Here and the cracktastic Sweater 'Verse crossover between Stargate Atlantis and Murder, She Wrote, in which Jessica Fletcher is Rodney McKay's great-aunt.
