capslock_house[1] is a capslock community on livejournal for the House, M.D. fandom. Its name comes from the fact that all posts and comments must be typed in capital letters; those who break that rule must do some form of penance. In the past, the penance was to share a photo of Jennifer Morrison, the actress that plays the part of Cameron, but it is now decided by the one who catches the person writing in lowercase.
