The Adventures of Brisco County, Jr. was a proto-steampunk Western/SF action/adventure TV series that aired on Fox, starring Bruce Campbell.
It aired for one season consisting of 27 episodes and was then cancelled. (It was one of the many short-lived shows, like VR.5 or Strange Luck, that Fox put in the Friday Night Death Slot before The X-Files.)
Fandom
The fandom is small, and likely exists due to fans' interest in the actor, Bruce Campbell, who later was in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys.
Brisco County, Jr. stories occasionally appeared in multimedia anthology zines, and also in Western-themed zines.
The fandom currently has a tiny online presence, with only 6 stories on Fanfiction.net and 9 stories (mostly Brisco/Dixie) posted to the AO3 as of October 2011. By September 2016 there are 20 stories on FFN and 50 works at AO3.
