Artist's Comments
Another shower art. I love the idea of them showering together. Maybe under a waterfall. [1]

The SHOWER SCENE. Repeated elsewhere but so vital in its rendering here. Nothing revealed and everything revealed. The love, the sexuality, the heat and the total immersion in each other is depicted with this artist’s trademark style. The fingernails, the shadows, the rivulets of water. She never misses anything, this remarkable lady. Awesome." [2]

I think the two shower scenes [5] are my favorite, after Swept Away. The way you place their hands against each other in those pieces gives a real visceral sense of passion, especially when they're resting against or holding a neck. That need for maximum physical connection comes across so strongly, it is breathtaking. The faces turned away from the viewer is also compelling and provides an almost anonymity, but we know because of the postures, and in this case, the ear. There is a special sculpture-like quality here, as well. Bravo, Shelley![6]
Thank you sooo much for sharing your art here! I love this piece so much. As a fellow artist I'm always so happy to see beautiful art posted on ao3 and Idk I love what you did here so much. The flesh? The hair? The wetness? I'm screaming with enthusiasm <3[7]
