Some Excerpts

I grew up drawing, it was just always a fun hobby for me (still is!). But I would always being doodling something in the corner. I, um, discovered fandom when I was 13? And when I say “discovered” I mean “stalked and lurked.” I was brought in through bandom with Good Charlotte. Judge me all you want, their music was catchy and that fandom helped me discover incest!kink.

I started drawing fanart for bandom when I got a LJ for the first time in 2009. Because apparently when entering college for the first time, I wanted to be as antisocial as possible. Then that blissful day when I was being a lazy, college drop-out on the couch, forgot to change the channel after Charmed on TNT and Supernatural was on and I was all, “Wow. Those two ridiculously good-looking brothers are so obviously in love.” And then I went to the Internet to discover that yes, holy fuck, was there ever a fandom for it.

And here I am. :D

Traditionally, I use Copic markers, watercolors, mechanical pencils and all the various pens. But the ones I like the most are Microns (specifically the 0.05), Faber-Castell liners and brush pens, Copic Multiliner SP pens, and 0.1 Staedtler pigment liners. There has been speculation that I may be a bit of a pen hoarder. I'LL NEVER ADMIT IT. I am also starting to re-dabble in Photoshop mainly for the sake of ART SUPPLIES ARE REALLY EXSPENSIVE. \o/ So, yes, the world is currently witnessing me going through the throes of that. So, whoever follows my art. SORRY ABOUT THAT SUDDEN WRENCH I THREW IN.
