As Time Goes By is a British sitcom that ran for nine series from 1992 to 2002, with a two-part Christmas Special broadcast in December 2005.
The show focuses on Jean Pargetter (Judi Dench) and Lionel Hardcastle (Geoffrey Palmer), former lovers who are reunited after 38 years. The Lionel/Jean pairing dominates the fandom.
