As Time Goes By was an eGroup and later Yahoo group that had moderated posting, with 751 members at its close. The group's peak period was from 1998-2006. While posting dropped off slowly after that time, when it was active it had as many as 700 messages a month.
Description
The original mailing list dedicated to the British comedy, "As Time Goes By" which first aired in 1992 and has completed its eighth season on BBC1, which is now airing in parts of the US. Stars Academy-Award winner Dame Judi Dench (Shakespeare in Love) and Geoffrey Palmer.
