Reactions and Reviews
1998
This is just what you might expect from the title—as clever as can be! Remember Rapunzel? Tower? Long tresses that reach the ground? This Rapunzel is male and tosses his tresses to get them out of the way of his daily hand exercises. Then one day, along comes a Vulcan, who hears the prisoner's means and recognizes them, because, as the writer explains, "Why, just that morning—never mind—that's another story," Funny? Nuts! It's as silly as can be and makes absolutely no sense whatsoever, but you oughtta read it just to see "which witch was it?" and nonsensical stuff like that.[1]
