Fan Club Showrunner and Fan Mail Answerer
Bown was the founder and runner of the long-standing fan club, The Avon Club.
In 1991, due to Bown's involvement in the fan club, Paul Darrow and his wife, Janet Lees Price, turned over their fan mail answering duties to her.
