I participated. It makes the spats and bloodsport on today's Reddit look like Mother Goose nursery rhymes [...]The debates would rage for days and weeks, sometimes months. Flame wars they were called. Hot takes a-plenty, all too many of them.
But it was passionate real-time discussions about our wonderful Tuesday night appointment TV.
