Aftermath is an early Pros slash circuit story by Pamela Dale. The story takes place after the events in the episode Fall Girl.
Reactions and Reviews
I NEEDED to read this story—it was a great comfort to me, because I've never been satisfied with the way FALL GIRL ended. This personally comes pretty close to my own ideas of when B&D first 'got together', too—within the aired series—after the events of FG. Just reading it made me feel better about the events of that particular episode.[1]
Reactions and Reviews
A drunk Bodie shows up at Doyle’s flat late that night. D puts him to bed and wakes up to find B caressing him; much to his surprise, he responds. The next morning B reveals he wasn’t really drunk. He wants D, who realizes the feeling is mutual. Nothing special here except for one unique element: D is gerbil sitting for his niece! At least it’s not a cat, but would D be your first choice as a pet sitter?! [2]
Mostly like a explanation fic for the ep. "Living in the past" was Bodie's description but before he could expand he was too drunk and asleep. Doyle wakes to a Bodie who is already at with him and Doyle agrees...No build up, no real explantion. I did love Ray gerbil sitting. . . . [3]
More attempt here to capture their voices and the rhythm of their speech, which I always like. Oh my God for ye old cringe-making "I'm not one of your women!" One night together and they're in loooove and planning to tell Cowley. [4]
