ATTHS is an abbreviation for the term "and then they had sex" in the X-Files fandom often posted as reply to a screencap or gif from the show because MSR shippers used to regularly post fill in the blank/ post-episode fan fiction where Mulder and Scully resolve their sexual tension.
Trivia
Gillian Anderson started to wear T-shirts with the ATTHS print during several of her X-Files Conventions appearances and auctioned them off for charity at the end of her panels.[1]
