1969 Tolkien Calendar is by Tim Kirk.
This is the first ever Tolkien calendar, published as a fanzine supplement in an edition of 500 copies or less. It was never sold at large but issued as a 1968 Christmas supplement for subscribers to the fanzine Shangri L'Affaires.
The very first Tolkien calendar. It was an insert into the December 1968 issue of Meretricious, Shangri l'Affaires Christmas Art Supplement 1968 edited by Ken Rudolph and Jim Schumacher. Ken et al were active in the Los Angeles Science Fiction Society (LASFS). I was fortunate to collect one in its original fanzine. It was relatively rare until 2013 when several dozen from Ken's files were discovered and sold.
The cover and six interior pages each have a detailed illustration by Tim Kirk. Cover in black and white. The 6 interior illos are each printed in a different color (green, purple, orange, red, etc.).
