This questionnaire, compiled by Anne Zeek, was included in one of the summer 1982 issues of Jundland Wastes. There were thirteen questions. It was mailed to 200 people (the number of subscribers to Jundland Wastes at the time), and 87 completed forms were returned to the compiler. Though, the results were to be published in the February 1983 issue of that letterzine, and then in issue #15, this was not to be.
It was one of the attempts of fans over the years to find out more about their fandom. While an earlier similar activity for Star Trek was in the form of Strekfan Roster Questionnaire and reported those findings, in part, to Star Trek Lives!, it is uncertain what the information for the Star Wars one was used for.
