Zankyou no Terror is an anime series set in an alternate version of Tokyo, Japan, where the city is plagued by a series of terrorist attacks carried out by two enigmatic figures known as "Nine" and "Twelve." These attacks, characterized by their precision and calculated execution, leave the city in a state of fear and uncertainty.
