Yet Another Trek Inconsistency (YATI) is something in Star Trek that controdicts something within a specific Trek series or within the entire Trek universe.
Examples of Use
"In TNG's 'Too Short a Season' we do see an admiral in a wheelchair. Yet, maybe 5 years later, in 'Melora,' they have to search through old archives to get a wheelchair pattern, implying that they wheelchairs are long obsolete.
