Wrestling Returns To The Armory was an event held at the Bryan Glazer Family JCC in Tampa, Florida, the site of the former Fort Homer W. Hesterly Armory, which was a regular venue for the old Championship Wrestling from Florida promotion from the 1950s until Jim Crockett Promotions closed it down in 1987. The event was booked by Joe Malenko, son of Florida wrestling legend Boris Malenko. It featured appearances by many old-school wrestlers, including Bushwhacker Luke, Steve Keirn, Buddy Colt, Fred "Tugboat"/"Typhoon" Ottman, Jerry Brisco and many others. They would talk to the fans, pose for pictures and sign autographs.
