Wondercroft is a femslash crossover pairing of Diana Prince (Wonder Woman) and Lara Croft from the DC Comics and Tomb Raider fandoms.

Canon

As in most crossover pairings, Diana and Lara have not actually met in any canon because belong to different franchises.

Fandom

The pairing first took off after comic artist Stjepan Sejic began posting fanart of them on his Twitter and Tumblr in November 2018,[1] following a tweet made by Gail Simone about "Lara Croft on a mission to find a fabled artifact from the legendary lost island of Themyscira: a golden lasso."[2]

While the concept of a Wonder Woman/Lara Croft crossover had floated around the internet before this,[3] Sejic's work sparked much more interest towards them.

I remember when you first started posting these on tumblr, my Asks got flooded with requests to write about the pairing. You really set the ship to sail.[4]

The pairing name Wondercroft quickly emerged soon after.
