Wo Ha Li is the quarterly newsletter for the Richard Chaves Fan Club.

It includes a letter by the president of the Richard Chaves Fan Club who wrote: "Neither Richard or his agent is sure whether fan-generated write-in/call-in campaigns are helpful or detrimental to his career, so please, if you have any doubts, DON'T DO IT!"
