Summary
Catherine's increasingly tense and unsatisfying relationship with Tom Gunther is on the rocks after he rapes her (off-screen). Catherine decides to go to New Orleans with her friend, Jenny, in an attempt to distance herself from Tom before she tells him she no longer wants to date him. Once in New Orleans, Catherine has a passionate relationship with a mysterious man named Ami who looks an awful lot like Vincent Wells (but isn't).
