Author's Comments
This is the one TS story I’ve written that I often forget I ever wrote. I suppose the reason is that it’s the only TS story I’ve written out of a sense of obligation. I had promised a sequel to “Self Discovery 101”, and I felt obligated to follow through.A few months ago, I went back and read it all the way through for the first time in years. I thought it turned out okay. I liked keeping to the how-senses-affect-the-sentinel-during-sex theme from the first story. I liked how showing how easily a sequence of events can be interpreted as a supernatural occurrence; yet, at the same time, showing that angels very often are ordinary human beings
I’m less impressed, now, with the Naomi story arc. But, really, she does often come across as a little girl who never grew up.[1]
