At a costume party Blair decides to do a little gender-bending. Everyone, including Jim’s dick, takes notice. This is saved from being a total pop-tart (which Kass does well) by some anxiety thrown in. And it has an added bonus of Jim in chaps! [1]

Blair genderfucks, Jim develops gender issues. (Actually, from what I can tell, that's not all that bad a summary of the whole TV series, at least from a certain perspective.) Wondering what the unanswered question is? Go read the first paragraph. Now riddle me this: Jim's thinking that he forgot how stifling chaps were. So when else has he worn them, hmmm?
