What If... is a Hanson fanfic written by Ali.
Set during Hanson's second tour in 2000, the story follows the development of a relationship between Zac and Taylor after Zac confesses his feelings for Taylor in a letter. Eventually, the family discovers their relationship and brings a therapist on tour to try to get to the root of their "problem." The tour is allowed to continue, but Taylor is forced to bunk with their crew, where he becomes close to a roadie named James ("Jammy").
The family eventually concedes that they cannot control what the brothers do once they are both over eighteen, and the story ends with the two reuniting and continuing their relationship after Zac's eighteen birthday.
A Place Called Home
A spinoff sequel to What If..., this story takes place in a world where Zac and Taylor choose to remain apart. Instead, Taylor reunites with Jammy and they begin a relationship. He eventually reconciles with Zac as well and the band gets back together.
Let It All Out
A sequel to the spinoff, A Place Called Home, this story takes place on Hanson's reunion tour and deals with Jammy reliving issues from his own past.
