Weyr Words is a Dragonriders of Pern newsletter.
There are at least fifty-nine issues starting in October 1980. It started as a few pages with minutes from a fan club meeting, soon became a 12-page newsletter, and developed into a full-fledged fanzine.
It was published once a month.
The club was based in New Orleans.
