Issue 2
The Voice of Valeron 2 was published around December 1978 and contains eight pages.

From the editor:
Welcome to the second edition of the Valeron Council Newsletter which attempts to let the Council know what varying loops are discussing. I did have a slight casualty in the loops; one Robin went into the the Overworld --- the one discussing sex, gender, and role. Therefore I have reactivated it from the xeroxes I had made. The people participating in this one are: [7 names redacted, three male, four female]... A couple of Robins may be stalled by [name redacted] extended absence. They should have gotten past him before he left but you never know... There are also two Robins circulating around due to the listing of my name in the Darkover Newsletter... This issue will focus on the major Ages of Chaos/Stormqueen loops. The members of this Robin are [13 names redacted, six names male, seven names female].
