Copyright Strike
In May 2024, Nintendo issued a copyright claim against Vimm's Lair, based on images found through an AI sweep. Some of the claims were invalid, but box scans, disc scans, and title screens of the listed games were removed.[1] In June, the game downloads were removed as well, even for games that are no longer sold.[2]
