ViddersAdmin aka VidderKidder is the maintainer of Vidders.net. He has been managing Vidding Communities since April of 2008 when he created an X Files Vidding social network for fans right before the 2nd X Files movie came out. He then moved on to Multifandom Vidding networks by taking over Bam Vid Vault and renaming it Vidders.net in July of 2010. This resulted in rescuing approximately 14K fanvids as the prior owners planned to abandon the site.
On June of 2013 he was contacted on Vidders.net by Jason Eppink curator at the Museum of the Moving Image regarding an Exhibit. The Exhibit would feature Vidding and Jason asked for assistance in reach some to be included. He put Jason in touch with Francesca Coppa to coordinate on the exhibit.
On November of 2018 ViddersAdmin raised $965 in an effort to secure the Vidding.com domain for fans. Unfortunately, it was not enough to meet the seller's 5k asking price.
On July of 2021 ViddersAdmin was notified by Morgan Dawn about a security update on You Tube that could impact a lot of existing Vidding content. They collaborated with other developers aware of the situation to archive and rescue approximately 12K fanvids.
ViddersAdmin kept in contact with the owner of the domain throughout the years and during August of 2023 made an agreement with the seller to purchase the domain. On August 25, transfer of the domain was processed.
