Thank you for adding an alternative viewpoint to Black Cover. --MPH (talk) 15:30, 24 March 2014 (UTC) Can this review by "Angie" be cited, like where it came from? Or is it your own opinion (which is fine, btw, we just need to clarify). Take a look at the page and the edits I made; does it look like what you meant, Treasurechambers? --MPH (talk) 15:41, 24 March 2014 (UTC)
This is my opinion entirely, but I have read and edited a great deal of B&B fanfic, and am a writer, editor and publisher by profession. I also own and maintain the Treasure Chambers site and its Museum. I asked a fan who collects zines about the Black Cover just recently, having remembered a reference to them years ago. They were sent to me pretty much in their original form. The errors, while many, did not distract me from three very unique and beautiful stories. This writer had considerable talent. What a pity they received such a reception!
- Your "opinion entirely" is more than good enough. Fanlore, with its Plural Point of View, is a wiki that is always looking for different viewpoints. Thank you for adding the information. :-) It sounds like it was a controversial zine for some, and those were the opinions that got the most play in letterzines. There's always more to the story, as it were. --MPH (talk) 12:35, 25 March 2014 (UTC)
