So why have we never remastered "Handle Me With Care?" --rache 19:46, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Also! This is where you get to put your stuff like "I write (badly) in many fandoms." That other page, the Sandy Herrold page, is the public one. --rache 20:38, 6 October 2008 (UTC)

Yes, but if anyone gets to edit it, *I* get to edit it, too. And someone can come along and edit it again, which is exactly what happened. Therefore, everything is fine.Sherrold 00:33, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

Issue vids

I lied at lunch today when I said that MC had never made one. Jo and Christy's Oz vid to the love boat theme song was an issue vid, showing the violence of the series to counteract the fluffybunny stuff going on in the fandom. --rache 23:38, 14 October 2008 (UTC)

Yes, Yes! Good point!Sherrold 00:33, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
Wasn't Cymbeline also a similar thing -- I remember Jo wanted to show that it was much more serious and ... um... deadly. gwyn 00:35, 15 October 2008 (UTC)
Okay, if I accept that both of them are "issue vids", and they're both by Jo, I'm amused, since part of why Jo has said she doesn't like Women's Work is that it feels like issue fic. Heh. Sherrold 01:02, 15 October 2008 (UTC)

You are such a meta babe. Thank you so much for all of your work! --rache 15:37, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

It's actually rather selfish. I realized I wanted to write about 10 Peeves and Help pages like it, so I needed a category for it, and the more I thought about it, the more I realized I wanted a lot of categories we didn't have yet. Feel free to muck around in it -- it really is just off the top of my head. (And thanks -- that's sweet of you to say!)--Sherrold 15:40, 23 October 2008 (UTC)

Re: a quick question.

Hiya.

My apologies if my edit upset you; I did send you a message through here (via http://fanlore.org/wiki/Special:Emailuser/Sherrold), explaining that if you could produce a citation or allow me to quote you, I’d cite you/your evidence, and use your sentence. I modified it to have a citation, is all.

Have you entered a valid email? If not, that’s why you didn’t receive my message. Or something else went horribly wrong along the Intertubes.

Edit: I think a little dual-editing went on, as well. Your sentence “Roberta Rogow, dedicated editor of the Trekindex, was loudly opposed to ‘the premise’ back in the beginning. By 1986, she was willing to admit that there were some K/S AUs that she could approve of” didn’t appear while I was fiddling around with it on the 8th. I’ll put it back in. --awils1 08:34, 22 November 2008 (UTC)
