Welcome to Fanlore, destinationtoast. I'm glad you're here. Let me know if there's any help I can give you. :) --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 13:23, 24 September 2013 (UTC)

Thank you! :D I'm glad to be here, and I'm sure I'll have a bunch of questions. The first two that come to mind: (1) if I reply to you here, will you know? :) and (2) if there are edits I intend to make to a page, but won't have time for a while, is there a way I should indicate that? (e.g., a to do list on the Discussion page or something?) --Destinationtoast (talk) 15:37, 24 September 2013 (UTC)

I'll know you replied only because I keep an eye on the Recent Changes page. If you want to make sure I see a message no matter what, you can ask me a question on my own talk page. Another place to ask a question about an individual page is on the discussion page of that article. Your second question: indeed, the discussion page of an individual article is also a good place to put links and intent and anything else you want to say or add. It's a freeform place. One thing to keep in mind, is things put on talk/discussion pages shouldn't edited (unless it is a small copy edit you just did and want to correct before there are any replies to it). The talk/discussion pages are the "chat" of the page. Does that make sense? --Mrs. Potato Head (talk) 15:49, 24 September 2013 (UTC)
