I created a fanlore account in order to input some information about RatBoat, a fannish Yahoo group that I'm the admin of. I took this action in the days following Yahoo's October 2019 announcement that they would be drastically changing groups and removing a lot of their functionality and removing access to files and message histories in December 2019.
