Undine/Kokoro is the femslash pairing of Undine Wells (aka Alchemical Water) and Kokoro Aichi (aka Heartful Punch) from the webcomic Sleepless Domain.

Canon

Undine and Kokoro are classmates at Futures Promise (high school for magical girls). When a deadly attack leaves Undine as the only remaining magical girl of her team, she looks for other magical girls to team up with as its safer than fighting solo. Kokoro has always worked as a solo fighter, but several encounters with Undine and "Goops" (as the comic's mysterious antagonist is commonly known by in the fandom) convince her to work with Undine and try to unravel the city's mysteries. The two grow closer and eventually start dating.
