81, initially appearing during a cut-away sequence in Bx:Execute, appears here as the main protagonist, a clone of Ballman from OFF's in-universe comic Panic in Ballville with some traits of Boxxer. He's been tasked with saving the universe from an attempt to destroy it, alongside Ylidomda, Zinzolino, and later Mark, who's an adversary at first.
