It is a small fanzine issued for the registration packs at Masquerades '93 (England). It is a mix of Classic and SND 4th Season.

Welcome to the first 'digest'-sized fanzine that Helpers Network UK have produced as part of the Masquerades '93 convention package.
We know there will be lots happening over the weekend - so much in fact that many of you will be thinking: "When will I find time to read this????" Well, you know those special 'gaps' built into the programme .... there, easy! Or, perhaps you'd like to do a spot of reading to relax you before you retire for the night ... . that's if you seriously think you're going to get any sleep over the weekend!! Ha!
