Touching Evil is an USA Network crime drama television series, based on the British series of the same name. It starred Jeffrey Donovan (who went on to star in Burn Notice) as Detective David Creegan and Vera Farmiga as Creegan's partner Detective Susan Branca.
The premise of this adaptation was somewhat different to the UK series' storyline: rather than acquiring the ability to sense criminals, Creegan's recovery from a gunshot wound to the head instead strips him of his impulse control and sense of shame.

Touching Evil fandom is fairly small, possibly due to it's short season and canceled status. Despite this, the fandom is still fairly active, works are still being posted to Archive of Our Own[1]. It was a Yuletide fandom.
