TotoNyaa is the ship between Totoko Yowai/Nyaa Hashimoto from Osomatsu-san. Originally a crack ship when the first season aired, it gained popularity when Nyaa got more screentime and interactions with Totoko.
Canon
Early on, fanworks often characterized Totoko as the more dominant partner with Nyaa being innocent or clueless. This was intended as a reversal of their respective theme animals, with the "fish" being the predator and the "cat" the prey. Canon later revealed that Nyaa's real personality was actually similar to Totoko's, and that the two had a mutually antagonistic relationship.
In season 3, it turns out that Nyaa is a single mother raising a young child while pursuing her career as an idol. She's forced to ask for Totoko's help, and the two team up—not as an idol unit, but as a wrestling tag team.
In the movie, it's revealed that Nyaa admired Totoko in high school.
