Tore Hund is a main character in the Norwegian TV show Beforeigners. 'Hund' (meaning 'dog') is a byname and not a family name in the modern sense.
Tore (or Torir) is a historical figure who was born ca. 990. As a Viking leader, he fought in the Battle of Stiklestad in 1030.
