Quirk
Hagakure's quirk, Invisibility, turns her body completely invisible. She also can refract light that passes through her, and across the story she eventually develops this ability into an attack that creates a blinding flash of light.
Hero Information
Hagakure's hero name is Invisible Girl, and her costume is a set of gloves and shoes (with no other clothes) intended to minimize her visible profile. She often relies on her invisibility to launch sneak attacks or move without being detected by adversaries.
Fandom
While Hagakure herself is a moderately well-liked character, her hero costume draws a lot of criticism. Many fans dislike that she's essentially naked, pointing to issues with both decency and safety. Some fans point to Togata Mirio, who also has a costume-limiting quirk, and ask why Tooru can't have a similar solution.
A lot of Hagakure-centric fanfic tends to focus on how her invisibility would impact her self-confidence; there is a fair amount of angst fic about her struggles with self-esteem and finding her place in the world.

Hagakure is a minor character without much screen time and all ships with her are considered rarepairs. She is sometimes shipped with Deku or Ojiro Mashirao.
