Tommy/Felicity is the pairing of Tommy Merlyn and Felicity Smoak from the TV show Arrow.
Canon
Tommy and Felicity never meet on-screen, but when Team Arrow need access to Malcolm Merlyn's servers to locate Walter Steele, they set up a sting operation where Felicity pretends to be a girl who had a fling with Tommy and is dragged away by Diggle disguised as Queen Consolidated security.[1] One moment in the series shows Tommy having Felicity's number saved in his phone and has been texting with her. Whether that is somehow through Oliver or regarding practical matters is unknown.[2] EP Marc Guggenheim said he did not recall, but it may have been the product of a deleted scene that Tommy and Felicity would've met/know each other.[3]
