Toga Himiko/Uraraka Ochako is a femslash ship between Himiko Toga and Uraraka Ochako in the Boku no Hero Academia fandom. As of February 2024, it is the third most common BNHA F/F ship on AO3 behind Jirou Kyouka/Yaoyorozu Momo and Asui Tsuyu/Uraraka Ochako.

Canon

Spoiler Warning: This article or section may contain spoilers. If this bothers you, proceed with caution.

Ochako and Himiko are enemies on opposite sides of the law, with Ochako a hero and Himiko a villain. They fight each other several times, first during the Forest Training Camp Arc, then during the Paranormal Liberation War Arc, and finally during Final War Arc. In their final encounter they admit tender feelings for each other, and Himiko apparently sacrifices her life to give Ochako blood and save her life.

Fandom

Ochatoga was one of the top F/F ships in Boku no Hero Academia leading into mid-2023. Chapters 391-394 in June-July of 2023 led to tremendous excitement as Himiko and Ochako had an emotional and climactic confrontation, with many shippers speculating a romantic direction in the manga. Toga's subsequent death in chapter 395 led to incredible whiplash with fans being upset at the fastest Bury Your Gays scene ever.

I cannot believe the bit with toga in last chapter had like every yuri fangirl I know going "oh shit am I gonna have to actually read MHA" and then two chapters later she's dead. I have never seen a bag get so immediately and assiduously fumbled
