Til the end of the moon is a C-drama published by Youku that was a massive hit with Chinese audiences but with difficult critical response - with Douban, Weibo, and BiliBili full of attacks against the show[1].
It is adapted from the c-novel Black Moonlight Holds the BE Script.
The story is about an immortal girl called Li susu, whose sect gets destroyed and killed by a new devil god called Tantai Jin. She holds a grudge against him for this and uses a divine artifact called "The mirror of the past"- made by the god of time- to travel 500 years into the past to the kingdom of Sheng. Her plan is to kill the devil god when he was a mortal back then and to save the world from destruction. The story is a enemies-to-lovers slow burn that has three arcs: Mortal arc, Dream arc, and Immortal arc.
