Tiera Skovbye is an actress best known for her roles as Polly Cooper in Riverdale, and Robin Mills in Once Upon A Time. She's also had appearances in single episodes of the TV shows Arrow and Supernatural.
Her friendship with Rose Reynolds - the actress who plays the other half of the Curious Archer pairing, Alice Jones - is referred to as Rosiera. Though the two have been known to refer to each other as 'wives' in reference to their characters, and the CA fandom will occasionally joke about the idea of them being married, genuine romantic RPF shipping of the two is all but nonexistent.
