Mane 6, also known as Mane Six or The Elements of Harmony, is the fan name for the group of main characters of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic: Twilight Sparkle, Rainbow Dash, Applejack, Rarity, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie.
It is a pun on "Main Six", and it's usually considered a purely platonic relationship, but some fans do ship the six characters together; the term Mane 6 was later used in some official MLP content.
